Menard County Fair Entry Forms
The Fair Office will be open starting July 5, 2011, with office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
There are departments for Livestock including beef, swine, sheep, horses and ponies, goats, poultry and rabbits, and llamas, with both Open and Junior divisions in most of those departments. The Domestic departments include entries for agricultural products, floriculture, textiles and fine arts, culinary, and arts and crafts. There is a special department only for Scouts. Open classes are open to the world, and Junior classes are open to Illinois juniors between the ages of 8 and 20.
All entries close on July 16, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. A postmark does not constitute an entry date, so please get your entries in before then! There will be no exceptions for any department except Q, R and S whose entry deadline can be found under class information. Note: Departments A & G do have provisions for late entries.
